Oberoi Realty's Retail and Hospitality Assets Win Industry Recognition
Oberoi Mall was honoured with the Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year – Mixed Land Use Development at the MAPIC India Awards 2026. Sky City Mall received the Most Admired Shopping Centre – Marketing & Promotion Activities (Metro West) award at the same event. The MAPIC India Shopping Centre Summit and Awards were held on April 8, 2026 at JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, with the theme "The India Advantage: Reforms, Retail & Rising Consumption."

The event brought together industry leaders to chart a future where organized retail is projected to reach USD 230 billion by 2030.
Oberoi Mall: Recognition for Mixed-Use Development
Oberoi Mall is located at Goregaon on the Western Express Highway and serves the entirety of suburban Mumbai with its luxury and affordable shopping options. The mall features around 117+ stores and came into operation during 2008. Sky City Mall: Marketing and Promotion Leadership
Sky City Mall in Borivali East earned its award for marketing and promotional initiatives in the Metro West category. Sky City Mall is a retail project by Oberoi Realty, which has built its reputation over four decades of excellence in Mumbai's real estate sector. The mall has LEED Gold Pre-Certification, setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban retail in Mumbai.
Prego at The Westin Mumbai Garden City Recognised Globally

Prego restaurant at The Westin Mumbai Garden City was featured on international hospitality honours lists at IHC London and IIHM (International Institute of Hotel Management). The restaurant is located at the ground level of The Westin Mumbai Garden City with a separate entrance that enables it to function as an independent restaurant and develop its own identity while being part of the hospitality section.
