The appointment follows a series of leadership moves across the company's operations. In mid-July, Oberoi Realty appointed Stuart McConnachie as Chief Operating Officer - Construction effective July 13, 2026. McConnachie brings over 25 years of international experience delivering large-scale residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Earlier, Babu John was appointed as Senior Vice President – Construction on June 18, 2026. These appointments signal a deliberate focus on reinforcing construction and project delivery capabilities within the organization.
