The company recently completed a similar transaction: Oberoi Realty has invested ₹268.50 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Centerstage Realty Private Limited, to meet the capital requirement for a railway land development project in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Regulatory Approval
The subsidiary requires final approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Pending this approval, the newly incorporated entity will be positioned to pursue development opportunities identified by management across Oberoi Realty's active geographies.
