Oberoi Realty has entered into an agreement for the development and redevelopment of a sizable plot of land measuring approximately 13,450 square meters in the Tardeo area of Mumbai. The move was disclosed in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. This project marks a strategic expansion for the developer, which traces its operating roots to the early 1980s and was formally incorporated in 1998 under the Companies Act.

The development is expected to yield approximately 2.5 lakh square feet of free sale component on a carpet area basis. The project features luxurious 3 and 4 BHK homes. Currently, existing structures on the land are tenanted by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai on behalf of various individuals.
The development is particularly noteworthy for its adjacency to another property that Oberoi Realty is currently redeveloping in a joint venture. This positioning strengthens the developer's presence in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
